The new stock includes; Platen Tilt Controller Assy, 200mm SI Cooled Platen, SI Platen Roplat Multipoint Assy and a 200mm Roplat Silicon Coated Adapter. All Parts come with a 3-month warranty for your peace of mind and can be tested at IES Semiconductor Parts in our Repair & Refurbishment workshop.
