Description:
Custom-built probe station with a 14” oil-filled heating/cooling vacuum chuck capable of operation from at least RT to 120C (heating/cooling unit separate). The station was used for low noise electrical characterisation of flat panel displays on 14” substrate. The chuck is capable of high precision X/Y/Z/theta movement and has two flying probes attached capable of separate movement, one in X, one in Y.
